Return and Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

At 808 Raised, we want you to love what you wear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable).
  • Exclusions:
    • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.


How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at info@808raised.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items
